Samanvay is with the QA team now. Once it is approved, teams move in one after another, all within 1 to 2 months. The seed stays the same as it grows: more teams in one sequence, every volunteer acting as one, at the least cost.

A new team is a new set of tabsTeam already switches the whole app. A team joins by bringing its own sections, nothing else changes.
Me stays the same for everyoneRequests, My schedule and Away dates work for every volunteer, whichever team asks for their time.
Access grows by team and clusterThe same Team and access screen, so each coordinator looks after only their own people.

A design system that breathes
by team, by ritu, by the moon and the hour
The ashram morning was the first theme. Next, the look follows the team you are working in, the ritu outside, the moon in the sky tonight, and the hour the app is opened.
BY TEAMswitch team in the app, and the whole look switches with it

BY RITU AND HOURthe ritu gives the scene, the hour gives the light, the moon is the real one: nothing is drawn by hand for each day

The hours follow the real sunrise and sunset of each date, so Brahma muhurtam in Shishir begins later than in Grishma.

Still one system
Team, ritu, moon and hour only change the top layers. Status words, layouts and where every button sits never move, so a volunteer who learns the app once knows it in every team and every ritu.
every theme passes the same check: text at 4.5:1 or better, status colours never reused as decoration
